Johnson’s 40-6240 Precision Laser is designed to be used for site layouts, crosscut and break measurements, slope, conveyors, and grade and transit work. Built in are two level vials that can read level and plumb. With a solid aluminum frame and end caps, this laser will last you many years of trouble free service.
LASER TOOL: It is designed for measuring level or plumb using precision level vial or two plumb vials that are built in and factory set. This laser level releases Class Illa (Red) laser; which has a wavelength of 635 nm.
DURABILITY: This precision laser is constructed of solid aluminum and is a one-piece design that will not bend or twist. It is also weatherproof; making the laser extremely long-lasting. The solid brass end caps ensure years of trouble free service.
DESIGN: This laser level tool has a 1/4″-20 thread mounting hole and can be used independently by mounting it to standard camera tripods. Its factory calibrated wedge prisms avoid the need for field adjustments.
APPLICATIONS: This laser is for centering components on equipment such as riveters; fluid and dry good filters; positioning parts on welders; drill press alignments; pointing; positioning; aligning; site layout; crosscut and break measures; slope; conveyors; grade; and transit work.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: This industrial alignment is powered by two “CR123A” lithium photo batteries (included) and has a run time of 40 hours. It has an internal range of up to 150 feet and an accuracy of 1/16″/100 feet.
