NITRO SANDING: This Nitro Random Orbital Sander’s pad measures 6″ (150 mm), to achieve a 3/16″ (5 mm) diameter orbit for a swirl-free finish; Includes a premium weight-mated sanding pad. Dynabrade random orbital sander backing pads are formulated with premium urethane to deliver ultra-smooth performance and longer life.
INTEGRATED SPEED CONTROL – Variable speed control provides the right amount of power and control across different materials.
LOW AIR CONSUMPTION: The smooth air-powered motor features the highest power-to-weight ratio with 0.3 horsepower, up to 12,000 RPM, 2.4 CFM and a weight of 1.8 lbs. The high-strength, composite rotor has better lubricating qualities, allowing blades to last longer. Less air is used more efficiently to maintain maximum power.
CLOSED LOOP AIR SYSTEM: Dynabrade Air Power Tools are designed to operate at 90 PSIG (6.2 Bar) maximum air pressure at the tool inlet, when the tool is running. Use recommended regulator to control air pressure. To facilitate removing moisture from air supply, the installation of a refrigerated air dryer after the compressor and the use of drain valves at each tool station is recommended.
LIGHT DUTY SERIES: For the economy-minded professional. Available in 3/16” orbit with 5” & 6” pad diameters. These tools are designed for occasional use and offer a one-year limited warranty.
ENHANCED COMFORT: This tool features an ergonomic design with an integrated comfort platform for more wrist support and a soft grip co-molded to its rigid composite base housing for maximum operator comfort and durability. The recessed throttle lever eliminates pinch and pressure points on an operator’s palm as well.
