This split nut separator needs to be used with a manual hydraulic pump.
The cutter head is made of alloy steel and is heat treated to be durable. The three models of this product are adapted to the needs of different nuts and are consistent in material and design.
If your cutting work is heavy, it is recommended to purchase a spare cutter head. There are discounts on buying separators and spare blades at the same time!
Standard : nut cutter, small blade (installed), large blade, hex wrench
A set of spare blades: 1 large and 1 small blade.
JK-24 nut splitter is recommended with CP-180 manual pump.
JK-27 & JK-30 nut splitter is recommended CP-700 manual pump
This nut cutter is not recommended for cutting high strength nuts.

Pressure relief switch design：Tighten (ON) when pressing, and loosen (OFF) when depressurizing
Thickened cylinder：The manual pump cylinder is thickened and lengthened, and the maximum tonnage among three types is 70Mpa.
