【Application】The welder is suitable for PE PP PB PVDF PPR plastic pipe hot-melt butt welding. High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the construction site and in the factory.
【Welding Size】The outer diameter of suitable pipes is 90mm(3.54”),110mm(4.33”),125(4.92”)140(5.51”),160mm(6.30”),180(7.09”),200mm(7.87”),225mm(8.86”),250mm(9.84”). The welder uses carbon steel nuts which is strong, solid and durable.
【Appearance】The welding machine consists of four parts: clamping frame, heating plate and milling machine and a basket frame. The hand push rod makes it easy to adjust the distance between the fixtures.
【Heat Fast and Evenly】The heating plate adopts independent temperature control system, and the surface coating is PTEF. The temperature range of the heating plate is 122-572℉.
